I'M RUNNING LATE
We ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled treatment time so that you can check-in. If you are running late, please let us know by Phone Call To ensure we provide a high quality service to all clients, arrivals more than 10 minutes after the scheduled booking time may result in the appointment being cancelled and a charge equal to the cost of your treatment(s) being applied.
CANCELLATIONS
Out of respect for nail technicians, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You will be charged 50% of the booked service price for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, and 100% of the service price for appointments missed without notice.
Pricing
éclore Nail Lounge reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or raise prices on certain treatments without prior notification. This is to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are met. If you have any questions, please ask your Guest Service Representative when you book your appointment.

éclore Nail Lounge, we strive to deliver a Flawless Finish every time and are proud to offer the guarantee! It’s simple – if you purchase of our manicures OR pedicures and experience any issues, for any reason over the following 3 days, we will happily fix it for free. How do I redeem the guarantee? To redeem the guarantee, please email a photo(s) of the affected nails to help@eclorenaillounge.com and our team will be in touch to handle the rest!
Refund
All service, series and gift cards sales are final. Unopened items may be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase as required by eclore Nail Lounge in order for any exchanges and/or refunds to be given. Due to health regulations, we regret that we cannot accept opened and/or used returns of the following items: skin care products, nail care and pedicure care products. Gift Certificates and service series are non-refundable, and are good for one year. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. No refund policy on services completed at our salon. We offer complimentary fixes within 7 days of the service completion pending management approval.
Gift Card
Gift cards redeemed at our locations, online or by phone. eclore Nail Lounge is not responsible for lost Gift Cards or eGift Cards. They are not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit. Gift Cards and eGift Cards cannot be used towards Membership,Series ,package deal ,or Gratuity. any other promotion
